Boris Johnson’s statement on Ukraine

Prime minter Boris Johnson revealed to the House of Commons that he and fellow NATO leaders “agreed to respond to any Russian attack on Ukraine by imposing coordinated and severe economic sanctions, heavier than anything done before against Russia”.

In his statement to the House regarding Ukraine. Johnson referred to the |UK’s ;eating role in protecting peace around the world”.

the prime minister also said that a war started by Russia “would earn and deserve the condemnation of history”.
