Miliband: PM has only himself to blame

Leader of the Labour party Ed Miliband comments on the threat to the government from rebellious Tory MPs ahead of tonight's EU referendum vote:

"The prime minister only has himself to blame. He has spent the last few years pandering to eurosceptics in their party and now he is getting his comeuppance.

"It's no wonder that his backbenchers are disappointed, because he has been pretending for a long time that he is one of them."
