In third place is our report from last week on the damning legal ruling on Theresa May's student deportation programme. A tribunal found that the Home Office has deported thousands of students from Britain based on extremely flimsy evidence.
Two: Psychoactive Substances Act delayed while the Home Office works out what it has banned
Our next item will come as no surprise to anyone who has been following the progress of the Psychoactive Substances Bill. It reported that confusion continues around what is actually being banned and how the law will be enforced. The Act has now been delayed while the police and the Home Office try to figure out what to do with it.

And in the top spot this week we have a report on comments made by Sadiq Khan about the need for greater diversity on Transport for London. Speaking at an event on Wednesday the Labour candidate for mayor said the city's transport authority was dominated by white men.
