PM offers ‘full apology’ for Downing Street parties 

In his 1,000th day of office, prime minister Boris Johnson gave the House of Commons an update, apologising for breaking lockdown rules, discussing Ukraine and addressing the energy crisis.

Johnson offered his “full apology” to the British people following being issued with a fine by the Metropolitan Police.

The PM underlined his role in making sure that the British people are “safer, more secure and more prosperous”.
