Rural Affairs questions: Neale Harvey asks for ‘just one’ benefit of Brexit for Scottish farmers

During rural affairs questions, Alba MP Neale Harvey asked ministerVictoria Prentis for “just one benefit of Brexit” for farmers in his Angus constituency.

Prentis told thee House that in England the government can “work towards a system of paying people for producing public goods”. However, she admitted that in Scotland, “that option as not yet available”. 

The minister told the House that she will be holding meetings later in the day to discuss more Scottish farming issues.
