Boris Johnson came under heavy fire during prime minister’s questions over the government’s rape prosecution record.
Keir Starmer pressed the prime minister over a recent government rape review report which found that 98.4% of reported rape cases don’t end in charges or sentences.
In response to the prime minister’s answer, the Labour leader described his reasoning as “appalling”.
